Man power is backbone of every industry.If proper Industrial training is provided to each and every worker of company,
this lead to increase in production.each and every company has different method of training their workers.But initial training
is provided by ITI institutes , Such as Shalimar Industrial Training Centre,Adityapur,Jamshedpur,Jharkhand where students
learn basic training of industries. safety is an another part of industrial training which each and every student learn before
interning into a company,all these type of training is provided by Shalimar ITC. After training each and every student get placed also.

ITI has many scope in future. u can join government sector or private sector ,now a days there is number of vacancies for ITI .
I refer you to do ITI from Shalimar Industrial Training Centre located in Industrial area ,Adityapur, Jamshedpur. It is one of the best institute of jharkhand providing iti course as well as short term courses. I have also done ITI from that institute.This year shalimar iti provide 100% placement

I have done ITI from orissa ,but not get placement in any company. Then I have decided to do short term advanced machinery course from Shalimar ITI,Adityapur, Jamshedpur. After course completion I have placed in RSB ,Adityapur. It is very big company and I m enjoying my job.Thank you once again Shalimar ITI.
