Short Term courses


Objective

  1. To provide vocational training to school leavers, existing workers, ITI graduates, etc. to improve their employability by optimally utilizing the infrastructure available   in Govt., private institutions and the Industry. Existing skills of the persons can also be tested and certified under this scheme.

     2.  To build capacity in the area of development of competency standards, course curricula, learning material and assessment standards in the country

     Short Term courses provided by the Institute are as follows

9 Computer Fundamentals 3 months 14 to 40 years
10 Plumbing 3 months 14 to 40 years
11 Construction Painting 3 months 14 to 40 years
12 Carpentry works 3 months 14 to 40 years
13 Construction equip operator 3 months 14 to 40 years

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION--candidate should 8th pass for the above short term courses for construction equipment operator minimum qualification is matric or its  equivalent level examination
